We must receive your order by 10:30 AM EST Monday thru Friday to Ship that day. Our shipping rates are based on handling charges and that class of service. Air Compressor are to heavy to ship UPS and will be ship through a Commercial Freight company. Therefore additional charges will be added to your order the day of shipment. 20% restocking charge on all refused orders or returned products unless defective. We do not take back machines after being used. We hand build each machine and test it before it leaves for defects or improper performance. So do not purchase machine for a fast repair and return it. Return Product Policy

1. Please open and check all mosaic orders for content and damage. We do not except returns after 15 days of purchase.

2. Consent must be obtained with return authorization Number prior to return.

3. Freight charges must be prepaid.

4. Warrantee on machines and mosaics of defection is to replace or repair the product only.

5. We do not take back used machines.

6. All returned goods will be subject to a 25% restocking charge on all refused orders, unless our error or defective.

7. All diamond product sales are final.
