At Aquaglide, we pride ourselves on first class customer service and brand integrity. We want you to love your Aquaglide inflatable as much as we do. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns on sales from aquaglide.com within the first 30 days. To return an item purchased through an Aquaglide authorized retailer, please refer to the specific return policy offered by that retailer.
Returns on Paddlesports Inflatables
- To return paddle products, kayaks or SUPs must be in like-new condition with the original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated via our Return and Warranty Form. Once approved, you will be provided with a pre-paid shipping label. Customer is responsible for return packaging.
Returns on Lakefront/Residential Inflatables
- To qualify for a refund, residential products must be unopened and in original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated via our Return and Warranty Form.
- Any shipping costs for residential returns will be handled by the consumer. We recommend utilizing a service that allows for package tracking.
Warranty Information
We strive to manufacture our products to the highest quality standards and we proudly stand behind them. Despite our best efforts, occasionally a product may exhibit a manufacturing defect.
If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please submit a warranty claim and await response before making any repairs. Once a warranty claim is submitted our staff will review your submission and deliver a prompt resolution. It is always our primary intention to treat each customer fairly.

Warranty Information by Product
Commercial aquapark products are those that are specifically intended, designed, and sold for commercial purposes including independent operators, camp, or municipal use (example, a city pool). Commercial products are normally exposed to a greater number of users and higher level of use.
Warranty Coverage – Commercial Aquapark Products
Product warranty covers all critical manufacturing defects including general workmanship, seam failures, and material failure due to manufacturing defects.
Warranty Terms
The warranty term for commercial aquapark products is (3) three years from date of purchase .
Commercial aquapark products under an approved warranty claim may be repaired or replaced, in part or entirely, at the sole discretion of Aquaglide. Commercial products in use for more than (2) years but less than (3) years may also be pro-rated based on condition and use for credit at the sole discretion of Aquaglide. Normal wear should be expected on consumptive parts such as straps, handles, ropes, footsteps and D-rings. Such items are easily repairable and may or may not be replaced under warranty depending on the cause of failure.
For consumers covered by specific protection laws and/ or regulations in country of purchase or residence, the benefits conferred by this Aquaglide Warranty are in addition to all rights and remedies conveyed by such laws and regulations including, but not limited to, these additional rights.
What is NOT Covered Under Warranty?
- Normal wear and tear
- Freight damage (freight claim must be filed to cover shipping damage)
- Damage while in storage (freeze damage or damage from impact)
- Repairable cuts, punctures, or tears due to external forces
- Damage caused by sharp object when opening boxed product
- Damage caused by dragging product during installation
- Damage caused by exceeding the maximum weight and/ or user capacity
- Wear to external parts such as handles, footsteps and D-rings
- UV Damage without proper treatment (material breakdown, fading)
- Damage, or failure due to over-inflation including thermal over-inflation from sun exposure
- Vandalism or intended damage
- Product failure due to force majeure, acts of God, or inclement weather
- Improper maintenance and/or cleaning
- Damage caused by animals or plants including marine growth
- Damage caused by chemicals or poor water quality
- Damage caused by improper anchoring
Warranty Claim Requirements
- Dated proof of purchase or original invoice, for original owner.
- High resolution photo or video showing serial number (where relevant).
- High resolution photo or video showing entire product.

Lakefront/residential products are those that are specifically intended, designed, and sold for residential purposes including residential bouncers, trampolines and mini-aquapark feature items. These products are made using commercial-grade materials and construction technologies, but are intended for long-term, non-commercial or light commercial use such as residential waterfront.
Warranty Coverage – Lakefront/Residential Products
Product warranty covers all critical manufacturing defects including general workmanship, seam failures, and material failure due to manufacturing defects.
Warranty Terms
The warranty term for lakefront products is (3) three years from date of purchase when used for residential purposes and (1) year from date of purchase when used for light commercial purposes.

Paddlesports products are designed for consumer use in a recreational setting including private use in sheltered inshore coastal, inland waterways, lakes and rivers.

Warranty Terms
The warranty term for paddlesports products is determined by product materials and construction:
Duratex kayaks including Deschutes, McKenzie, Chelan and Blackfoot Series Kayaks are covered for (2) two years from date of purchase.
Dropstitch SUP’s including 2021 and newer Cascade, Kush, Roam and Blackfoot iSUPs are covered for (2) two years from date of purchase.
HexShell fabric covered kayaks such as Noyo, Chinook, Navarro, and Ultralight TPU products like Backwoods Series are covered for recreational consumer use for (1) one year from date of purchase. These products are not intended for commercial applications such as camp, fleet, or rental use and not covered under warranty for commercial purposes.
AG Kayak and SUP PFD’s are covered for (1) one year from date of purchase when used for individual recreational purposes. Warranty coverage when used for commercial applications such as camp, rental or outfitter use is (90) ninety days.

Accessories/ Pumps
AG accessories and pumps are each optimized for an intended purpose. Any accessory/ pump not able to fulfill its intended purpose due to a manufacturing defect will be considered under this warranty policy.
Warranty Coverage – Accessories/ Pumps
Product warranty covers all critical manufacturing defects including general workmanship, seam failures, and material failure due to manufacturing defects.
Warranty Terms
All paddles including Orion, Crux, and Aries Series paddles are covered for (1) one year from date of purchase.
AG Kayak and SUP PFD’s are covered for (1) one year from date of purchase when used for individual recreational purposes. Warranty coverage when used for commercial applications such as camp, rental or outfitter use is (90) ninety days.
All other accessories and pumps including Bags, Fins, Seats, Coolers, Hand and Electrical Pumps, Aquapark PFD’s and any other included or aftermarket accessories manufactured by Aquaglide are covered for (90) ninety days from date of purchase.
Accessories/ Pumps under an approved warranty claim may be repaired or replaced, in part or entirely, at the sole discretion of Aquaglide.

Frequently Asked Warranty Questions
Yes. The warranty coverage is only applicable to the original owner/purchaser. Warranties are non- transferrable.
We recommend using a soapy water solution and spraying down the product. Another method is to submerge the item underwater and look for bubbles at the leak site.
In most cases, the warranty is voided if any unauthorized repair, change, or modification has been made to any part of the product. Authorized repairs are issued in writing, directly from Aquaglide.
Returns are processed on a case-by-case basis and items can only be returned if a Return Authorization (RA) number is provided by Aquaglide.
The warranty only applies to the original item purchase date. The warranty is not extended if a replacement item is issued.
