All of our products are intended for long-term and heavy-duty use; built tough to meet the heavy demands of camp, resort and commercial use, yet also suitable for residential purposes. Our designs are carefully vetted and refined based on feedback from our global network. Each product comes with an owner’s manual describing how to use and care for your water play product. It is important that you follow the instructions in order to ensure your Aquaglide product has the longest life possible. Though we diligently review our production process, we find that the inherent nature of our materials sometimes leads to defects which are beyond our control. Many types of PVC products may come with small blemishes reflective of the material itself. This is not considered a warranty defect but more the natural characteristics of the materials.
Each Aquaglide product is built to last and we honor a 3-year and 1-year warranty against any manufacturer defects. Please make sure to check which warranty your products falls under.

In order to expedite the process we ask that you provide the follow information to the best of your ability. Also please make sure that your photos are as clear as possible. If your images are too blurry we will not be able to process your claim:
- Proof of Purchase
- Product Serial Number
- Pictures of the Defect
- Overall Picture of the product you are filing a warranty claim for.
