At Aquaglide, we pride ourselves on first class customer service and brand integrity. We want you to love your Aquaglide inflatable as much as we do. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns on sales from aquaglide.com within the first 30 days. To return an item purchased through an Aquaglide authorized retailer, please refer to the specific return policy offered by that retailer.  

Returns on Lakefront/Residential Inflatables

  • To qualify for a refund, residential products must be unopened and in original packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated via our Return and Warranty Form.
  • Any shipping costs for residential returns will be handled by the consumer. We recommend utilizing a service that allows for package tracking.

Warranty Information

We strive to manufacture our products to the highest quality standards and we proudly stand behind them. Despite our best efforts, occasionally a product may exhibit a manufacturing defect.

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please submit a warranty claim and await response before making any repairs. Once a warranty claim is submitted our staff will review your submission and deliver a prompt resolution. It is always our primary intention to treat each customer fairly.
